Store Privacy Policy

3indak (“we”, “us”) operates the 3indak delivery app in Lebanon, connecting your store with customers and independent delivery drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect from you as a store partner, why, and the choices you have. It forms a pair with the Store User Agreement, which you also accept when you apply.

• Business information: your store name, category/cuisine, description, and the message you include with your application.
• Owner contact details: the owner or manager's name, email address, and phone number.
• Menu and item data: the items you list — names, descriptions, prices, photos, categories, preparation times, and availability.
• Store location: your store's address and exact coordinates, plus your weekly opening hours schedule.
• Order and revenue history: every order placed with you, its items and value, and the revenue data derived from it.
• Ratings: the ratings and reviews you receive from customers.
• Technical data: device information, IP address, and in-app analytics events used to run and improve the service.

• To review and approve your store application.
• To list your store and menu to customers, including showing whether you're currently open.
• To route your orders, notify you of new orders, and coordinate driver pickups and cash handoffs.
• To calculate your weekly commission and issue your Commission Receipts.
• To provide you with your Merchant Dashboard analytics.

3indak administrators can see your store's revenue and commission data for the purpose of operating the platform: the admin dashboards and weekly reporting we use to track platform performance, calculate commissions, and manage remittances. This visibility is limited to authorized administrators and is used for dashboard and reporting purposes only.

• Customers: your store name, cuisine, menu, prices, opening hours, ratings, and (for a placed order) the order details.
• Drivers assigned to your orders: your pickup address and handoff amounts for each order.
• Service providers: hosting, email, map, and analytics providers that help us run the app, under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
• We never sell your personal information.

Your application and store data are kept while your store is listed on 3indak. Order, revenue, and commission records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. If you leave the platform or your store is removed, we delete or anonymize your business profile and menu, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Only you (and people you authorize in your team) can manage your store's menu and orders; 3indak access is limited to authorized administrators as described in section 4. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review our safeguards regularly.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Much of it is editable directly in your Merchant Dashboard; for anything else, email us at Support@3indak.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion.

The app does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use essential session data to keep you logged in and in-app analytics events to improve the product. We do not respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals because we do not track you across other services.
