Driver User Agreement

The terms under which you may deliver on 3indak, together with the Driver Privacy Policy.

Last updated September 5, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. You are an independent contractor

Delivering on 3indak makes you an independent contractor, not an employee of 3indak. You are free to choose when to go online and which orders to accept. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, driving licence, and compliance with Lebanese traffic law. We do not pay you a salary or provide employee benefits.

2. Verification and approval

When you sign up you must submit live camera photos (gallery uploads are not accepted) of your vehicle, a $100 bill, and your delivery bag. Your application then enters pending review: a 3indak administrator reviews the photos and either approves or rejects your application. You cannot accept deliveries until you are approved.

3. Bans — your acknowledgment

3indak administrators may ban a driver for violations of this agreement or platform policies. A ban immediately signs you out of the app and blocks you from logging back in until an administrator unbans you. By accepting these terms you acknowledge and agree to this as a condition of using the platform.

4. Deliveries

Available deliveries appear on your dashboard once a store has accepted an order. When you accept one, the customer and store are notified, and the store hands the order to you and marks it “on the way”. You confirm “delivered” on your side; the customer confirms on theirs. For each active delivery you can contact the customer via WhatsApp and navigate to the store or customer through your maps app.

5. The financial model for cash orders

  • You collect the full order total in cash from the customer.
  • At pickup, you pay the store the item subtotal plus 20% of the delivery fee in cash. The store confirms this handoff in the app, so both sides always know the correct amount.
  • You keep the remaining 80% of the delivery fee as your earnings for that delivery.
  • The app shows you the exact handoff and keep amounts on every cash delivery.

For prepaid orders (card, Whish, OMT), nothing is collected in cash — your 80% share of the delivery fee is tracked digitally in your wallet.

6. Your wallet and settlement

Amounts you owe or are owed are tracked in your in-app Driver Wallet. If you exceed the maximum balance you are allowed to owe 3indak, you will be blocked from accepting new orders until you settle up with 3indak. Keeping your wallet above the limit is your responsibility.

7. Location and equipment

Sharing your precise GPS location is required to go online — it powers closest-driver dispatch and live tracking for customers. Going offline stops location sharing. You must keep your delivery bag with you and carry enough change for cash orders (this is what the $100 bill photo verifies at signup).

8. Ratings and conduct

Stores and customers rate their deliveries. Repeatedly poor ratings, missed or late deliveries, rude conduct, or mishandling of orders can lead to rejection of your application, suspension, or a ban under section 3.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continuing to deliver on 3indak after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us at Support@3indak.com.
